"May Flowers - Elder"
Acrylic sketch from my Celtic sketchbook
" 'tis an odd tree, 'tis. One shouldn’y disturb it in any way, noo, unless ye want ill luck that is.
Some say 'tis where ye can enter to Their abodes, as ye can sometimes hear them singing and frolicking about, just over the hill, where it grows. And the sap will give ye the sight, they say, to see Them and Their Rides. But ye must stand still, and just below the tree. But I wouldn’y advise it. And ye shouldn’y blether about it either, noo."
